Smith & ARROW (INOX Grade) Cutting Discs

Smith & Arrow cutting discs are manufactured to the highest standard using the highest quality ingredients available from around the world.  All of our cutting discs are INOX grade making them an excellent choice for all stainless steel, mild / black steel, or aluminum cutting projects.  Our discs range from the super thin 0.8mm cut off wheels specifically designed for use on thin sheet stainless and sheet metal, right through to 3.0 mm on our 350mm bench mounted Drop saw / Chop saw blades.

In fact we offer a variety of Cutting Disc thicknesses around the world to suit every cutting project – for example in a 5” 125mm INOX Grade Cutting Disc we offer thicknesses in 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.6mm, and 2.5mm.

There are significant benefits to using our INOX grade ultra –thin Cutting Discs over competitor products including a very fast cut.  When cutting stainless sheet metal, for example, our 0.8mm 5” wheel cuts so fast there is considerably less clean up work required as less heat is generated – reducing discoloring.  Our 1mm x 75mm INOX grade cutting discs used on a standard air tool are excellent for cutting car panels as they are fast cutting are so thin they remove very little material from the cut allowing for easier more accurate welded joins – especially helpful on getting a great result on curved surfaces

It is important to note also that our entire range of abrasives are IRON FREE and SULPHUR FREE and generate notably less fumes and smells than many of our competitor’s products.
